I am/will be discussing further with the rest of the web-team on how to bring
this further cohesively with the neverland project. Things are still a little
unsure now. Perhaps it is a question of semantics and people see this as a
"fork" instead of just another neverland's developer's work. Hopefully will get
resolved soon.

Definitely agree. Here are a couple of other ideas which will be brought about
in the project:

- How to communicate: use the form that's most relevant for you.
  Windows/Apple/Linux. Our job is to promote KDE, not convert people into Linux
  users. Make this clear at the very beginning, not later.
- Ensure users understand the separation between Applications, Interface, and
  Infrastructure. Only bother them with what they're interested in. Some want an
  app. Some want widgets, bling, and window management. Some want semantics.
- Connect with the community: an embedded IRC client. "Say Hello". _This_ is how
  it should work. Make it a celebration. "Welcome to KDE!"
- Pitch free first, open-source second. Not because open-source isn't important,
  it's because understanding how to "pitch" is everything. People come for the
  product, stay for the community. People don't join a community, then ask what
  activities they do. (Actually, there are techniques on how to pitch that too,
  but involve too drastic a change in KDE which is unrealistic).
- etcetc. Too long for an email.

Any other unique methods of representing KDE are very welcome. Bart, who is
working on neverland has developed an "Install" button that detects PackageKit
and sorts everything out automagically. Now _that's_ cool :)
