audience is important and can direct this. 

we usually have some text for the Platform (which will be Frameworks in 5.x) 
and different text for workspaces and apps.

the QtQuick integration belongs in the parts that cover the Platform as that 
is aimed at the developer audience.

the workspaces coverage can and should remain usage-centric. one place where 
we can probably twork this in still is with the device notifier. it's a 
concrete example of what's happening and is possible and it turned out rather 
nice. so it can be mentioned that the device event notifier received an upgrade 
to the UI which uses the new QtQuick capabilities. it doesn't need to go into 
any details, just that it's improved in terms of looks and interaction while 
retaining existing functionality.

this is such a sad state of affairs .. the few troublemakers ought not be 
allowed to dictate to what the sensible do.
