Hi Carl What happened soon after the sprint was that I got sucked up in 2 and a half months of exams and classes, so the book never got a proper formal launch. I also tried to get more people involved in fact checking the book before the release, but none of the developers got back to me. I've only recently managed to make time to start contributing to the book, which is why I've sent another mail [1] the KDE Devel mailing list for fact checking and suggestions that can be incorporated before we release the book. I can help writing a dot article for releasing the book, but can only do so after the 12th. I completely agree with placing this book in the "Get Involved" section along with links to Techbase and Userbase since the book is meant to be used along with them.
