Yes, I recall that. But didn't we start working on something for the
Dot? Maybe there was just an email thread. The work that your team did
is outstanding. So much accomplished in a 3 day sprint!

Yeah, that can happen for a variety of reasons. For one thing, there's
a lot to review there. I kinda recall that there was _some_ feedback.
Or maybe some people did some edits. I just don't recall clearly.

Maybe there's another way...
I think that you should release the book as planned. And tweak it as
people use it and have feedback. Can people who want to edit can get a
booki account for it? Is access controllable? It's more than a how-to;
it's also a way to recruit developers. The developers will welcome
that.

Each page has a comment area for additions and corrections. It appears
that anybody can comment by completing the CAPTCHA. Is there any way
to make this more restrictive? There has been trolling on the Dot with
anonymous comments enabled. Several people are monitoring the Dot to
manage that. Something to consider for KDE Dev Guide too.

You should release it and there can be an inspiring Dot story about
how it came to be. After the 12th is fine for getting something on the
Dot. In fact, I'm kinda thinking that the first official appearance is
in the 4.8 Release Announcement and then a follow up with more details
shortly after that. Whaddya think?
