Asking a genuine question is not impolite, so don't worry about that. :) I grew up in Europe so I don't know much about the KDE community in China. That's also why I'm curious about this event. There's a Chinese forum<http://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=149>at forum.kde.org, you could try to ask there. I also know that there's a Chinese mailing list (I believe it's this one<http://l10n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=zh_CN>) but I have no idea how active it is.
