It's great that your are promoting KDE in China and want to give
talks! It would be fantastic to have more activity there. If there is
anything KDE e.V. (the non-profit organisation that supports the KDE
community) can do to help you, please let me know.

There are a couple of active developers from China, too. And, you
might be interested to hear that there will be a KDE track at COSCUP
in Taiwan this year, see Aaron's block post about this,
