Hi. A KDE user here from Montreal, Canada! First, congratulations on the new KDE release! The release party concept looks interesting and I can start one. However, I do not know any KDE users here. Can you give me some idea if starting one is still a feasible idea? Is there a minimum attendees requirement? Secondly, is there a date requirement? I would prefer to do it on 9th or 10th august, which is a bit later than all the other scheduled events.
