Fonts (attached) need to be installed in System Settings > Font
Management for the System. Martin Klapatek has referred to usage
guidelines in a previous message on this topic.

I prefer the version with the dark background.

The branding -- "KDE Software 4.9" -- is awkward. +1 to Kenny's
suggestion "KDE Releases 4.9". There were 3 releases--Plasma
Workspaces, Applications, Platform. So this headline has some
interesting word play...is "Releases" a plural noun or a verb? Good.

+1 to "Beautifully Free" and "Why KDE" being left aligned. Change the
color. Should be black or white...see Typeface Guidelines above.

Join The Game either needs to be cleaner or disappear altogether. The
initial image at kde.org is Join The Game, and someone at KDE SysAdmin
must have a clean image. However, for print media, I can't get how the
present JTG image adds to the ad. How about just the words "Join The
Game"?

So the bottom area would be...
KDE Logo     kde.org    Join The Game (without the pawn)

KDE doesn't understand anyone's lifestyle; neither does KDE software.
We accept and appreciate different lifestyles. People can tweak KDE
software to fit their lifestyles. How about "Adapts to your
lifestyle"?
