release announcement text

Heya,

I've worked some more on the release announcement text. See 
https://promo.notes.kde.org/88

I've covered most of the stuff from the feature plan - what's not in there 
is most likely also not mentioned in the current text and what was yellow or 
red at the time of reading was ignored.

Covered:
Plasma Workspaces
KWin (needs review and small additions on color management and appmenu)
Dolphin
Gwenview
Nepomuk (Vishesh has to finish this still)
Print Manager
Okular
Kate
Konsole
Games

Todo:
Edu: KTouch and Marble (ktouch can be taken from a blog, marble can come 
from Torsten I hope)
KDE PIM: I've asked the folks to give us some idea of what has changed...
Developer stuff: I've always found this very hard. Hope someone with some 
more coding knowledge can help here.

Of course it all needs review but the basics are there.

I'd like to thank Devaja Shah for her help- she wrote the part about Okular 
(really good!) and fixed some stuff in other places. If she is on this list, 
I'd like to ask if she feels like picking up the pieces about Appmenu and 
color management and the stuff of KTouch. I'm sure that based on the blogs 
she can write good paragraphs about those ;-)

Otherwise, Sebas, Carl, and others on this list: I hope you have a decent 
start with this. Yes, the summary text still needs writing but I'm guessing 
that can wait until we're closer to the release, esp if the delay will 
happen.

I might be able to help more next year but don't count on it too much...
