Licensing of www.kde.org?

As of now, everything on www.kde.org is copyrighted without any given license 
(or at least I don't find the license). So reusing of the content is not/hardly 
possible. I think that's especially a problem with the announcements-page.[1] 
we want people to be able to reuse the stuff form the announcements, right?

how can we overcome this? dropping a licensing-note on the impressum [2] would 
be perfect. is this possible?

(If, under any circumstances, promo is not the right mailing list for this 
kind of discussion, please feel free to forward this mail to a better-fitting 
list.
