For all the patch releases since 3.5.0, that's easy: You have my permission to 
relicense them :)

The feature releases are a bit more tricky, since a few people have usually 
contributed significantly there, so that might not be worth the effort 
(although if we have Jos', Carl's and my permission, that's probably most of 
the copyright-worthy authors already).
