artwork.
2 second some one willing to review it, c++ gets reviewd promo text gets 
reviewd, so should artwork should. and should be reviewd by some one with some 
experience in it, just like code or marketing text.

After you cover 1 and 2 the were it goes is trivial meter becouse you have 
some one that is in charge of it. 

What you should not do is set up some sort of repository/dump-place for any 
artwork regardless of time of exection, quality, branding guidelines, visual 
message, etc etc etc.
