I'm not sure yet whether I'll be at fosdem, if I am I'll hang out at the 
stand in any case since usually the presentations aren't that interesting 
to me.

If you want an artist to demo Krita and make sketches, best post on the 
Krita forum. There are local artists using krita in Belgium, so it might 
be feasible.
