I'll be there as usual, and will have my usual suitcase full of
hardware, so can help run things. Also, as usual, "I'd like to attend
at least 1 talk for a change" so any help this year would be welcome
in making that happen for once :-)

For hardware I'll have the same gear as last year, a 21" touch-screen,
HTPC, and Macbook, with the option of also bringing a 17" monitor,
another HTPC, a WeTab, and a Nexus 7 with Plasma Active if also
needed. If someone gets an Improv in time that would be great :-)
Some hardware running Plasma 2 would probably get a lot of attention.
If anyone local(ish) can bring a bigger screen or TV with HDMI input,
27" or more, then that would give us more impact.

I'll adapt my QtDevDays slideshow for the occasion. If anyone has
suitable hand-outs designed I can get some printed. I guess our pitch
will be the usual focus on selling swag to raise funds, and JTG, with
recruiting contributors a secondary aim.

What plans do we have for swag? Do we have a way to get the booth box
there from Berlin? I think Tobias Hunger may be running a Qt stand
again?

Anything else need doing? Last time there was some talk of getting
some Krita live-demos by an artist, or selling digital caricature
sketches? Any other creative ideas for grabbing peoples attention
(and money)?

Cheers!

John.
