There are two issues I had, when trying to use the Breeze application style: 
frequent crashers in the window decorations. This is a know bug in Qt. I also 
had trouble installing the QtCurve theme, the port to Qt5 / KF5 integration 
isn't finished, and when setting up the system to create the screenshots, it 
wouldn't load the plugin for reasons I have yet to figure out.

I agree that it would be nice to be able to already use Breeze throughout and 
everywhere, it still has issues, mostly technical ones right now, but it does 
show some signs of work in progress. We're working on these things, of course.
