Re: KDE Neon and how to handle this?

I think that we simply during the revamping work of the KDE webpresence (which 
is ongoing) add "KDE as a community is in no way represented in full by it's 
individual projects but are ment as an umbrella organization for those 
projects, as well as those in incubation to assist them reaching their goals".

Since we are currently underway with the revamping of KDE's web presences 
(examples of which can be found on the neon projects web page who have 
graciously allowed us to use them as testing ground for this as well as other 
ideas) this seems like the best way to deal with any worries held by a 
multitude of representatives. 

Not only that but I would also suggest to carry on the work more clearly with 
the vision statement of KDE as that is kinda the turd in the hamper right now 
given that we have no clear statement of intent for KDE as a whole making 
creating a proper honest introduction of KDE a tad tricky.
