That's where a lot of misconception came out. the vote was held (and is rare 
to do such votes for projects that with to join) for is this project, even if 
it's a distributions, therefore a project different from most of the other KDE 
projects, suited to enter to be part of KDE?
more a "can they join us?" rather a "Should KDE make the KDE distro?"
