 Just in the interest of fairness (and hopefully this is reasonable enough to 
pass moderation), my talks with other people more involved in distros (yes, 
small sample size etc etc) outline the fact that there is a real confusion on 
what Neon is. 

Some points have been already raised in this mailing list, however, IMO, this 
warrants additional clarification, because we don't want perceptions to be 
believed more than the truth. And when I mean clarification, I mean with 
"outside".
