Either I understand it differently or this is not really correct. In 
particular the "who are the elected representatives of the community". KDE 
e.V. members are not really elected by the community. I see KDE e.V. as a 
subset of the KDE community (and thus KDE) that takes care of legal and 
financial matters. Done.
