Re: A Plasma Vision draft

Well the issue is why have a vision statement if it contains nothing? I'm not saying I disagree with the proposed changes I just want to ensure that we don't end up with something the consistency of oatmeal when we need cement.

Breaking rules is something we can count on people to do. If we say it's for everyone except John Johnson we can be certain that someone will make plasma extensions the next morning for John. 

Plus the main issue isn't that we run the risk of scaring people off by a statement of intent but that people don't even know what we are due to a complete lack of any form of guidance or intent.

If on the other hand this is a real worry, and an issue then the discussion shouldn't be what the vision statement should say but if it should say something at all. Which is not something negative but an actual option :)
