Re: RfCs on Promo's long-term goals

Hello Promo People,

I realise tasks like https://phabricator.kde.org/T5782 and https://
phabricator.kde.org/T9122 are kind of boring, or at least not as fun as making 
videos, designing 3D Konquis, or posting to social media (all of which I find 
commendable, by the way). However this is the sort of stuff that will allow us 
to move forward. Without resolving them, we are rudderless and have no way to 
know which direction to take.

As we are a more or less flat community hierarchy-wise, we have to reach a 
consensus on what our goals are and how we are going to reach them. That means 
we need everybody's feedback. That is why I am reminding you to please help us 
out with this.

Please start by visiting the tasks mentioned above, reading them slowly and 
then adding your comments.
