Let's set up regular KDE Promo IRC meetings!

Hi everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. As many of you know, other teams within KDE
(such as Plasma devs) have regular meetings where they discuss ongoing work
and open issues.

We would like to start having similar meetings within KDE Promo.
Our meetings will be held on IRC (#kde-promo) twice a month (every other
Monday).
If it becomes necessary, we can switch to another platform, or hold the
meetings more often.

If you would like to participate in those meetings, please vote in this
poll for timeslots that would suit you best:

The voting is open until next Thursday.

Of course, it's hard to find a slot that would suit everyone. That's why
attending the meetings will not be obligatory. We will also preserve logs
from the meetings and convert them into summaries/meeting notes so everyone
can keep track of what was discussed, even if they weren't present at a
meeting.

However, if you are an active member of any Promo subgroups (
https://phabricator.kde.org/T8258) and cannot attend the meetings, we will
ask you to send in your status report and/or any questions before the
meeting. That way we can still keep track of your progress and work on
resolving your questions during the meeting.

You may wonder, why do we need these meetings if we're constantly chatting
on IRC/Telegram?

Though it's true that we discuss day-to-day matters there, and it seems to
work really well, biweekly meetings can help us focus on more complex
tasks, such as promoting KDE as a brand (https://phabricator.kde.org/T9122),
or deciding on marketing goals (https://phabricator.kde.org/T5782) and
long-term Promo plans (https://phabricator.kde.org/T5781).
