Suggestions for topics for first meeting (was Re: Let's set up regular KDE Promo IRC meetings!)

Hi, 

To kick off the Promo meetings, here's a good couple of topics we could talk 
about in our first session:

1.- Task 5782: https://phabricator.kde.org/T5782, aka "Deciding what Promo's 
long term goals are". Although we have had a certain degree of discussion on 
the task itself, the document is still vague. Sam Tuke correctly pointed out 
that things like "Increase the number of active contributors" is not exactly a 
long term goal, but an ongoing goal. 

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION:

- Brainstorm ways we can express these goals so that they are truly goals to 
reach. Say "Increase number of active contributors tenfold (x10)"?
- Discuss ways of measuring progress

2.- Which brings me to the second topic: Collecting data (T6481 - https://
phabricator.kde.org/T6481). Knowing where we want to reach also implies where 
we are now (and, to a certain extent, where we have been). We have been 
collecting data for some time now, but the sources we have been mining are 
few. I have identified to other source it would be good to mine, but I don't 
think I have the necessary knowledge to do so. 

TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION:

- Brainstorm potential new sources to mine
- Discuss ways to collect process data from sources
