KDE press contacts

There's a press contacts page https://www.kde.org/contact/ lists a bunch of 
people whom I've not seen in KDE for a looong time, or with really cute 
pictures from the '90s, or with addresses that I know are no longer accurate.

So, what is the purpose of that page and those contacts? Would it be time to 
largely retire it and say "contact our press team"? I can imagine we 
originally set it up so that media might have *local* people to talk to, but I 
don't know how effective that is anymore.
