Re: Participating in OpenExpo Europe 2019

Hello promoers.

We got the agreement from OpenExpo (attached).

TL; DR: In exchange for a free booth they want

1 An article in the dot
2 That we include their logo in the article somewhere, and maybe a photo
3 Share on social media
4 A stand alone mail to the community mailing list

1 and 3 could be "We will be going to OpenExpo. OpenExpo is XYZ. It will be 
held in K in L. A lot of businesses will be there. We will be showing A, B and 
C there. Come and see us!"

2 can be a brief description of what openexpo is, what we are going to do 
there, and a call for volunteers to help out at the booth.

Does anyone have any objections to these conditions?

For the record and in my experience, this is what most organisers are going to 
ask us for in exchange for a booth: that we help with the promotion.
