No it's not, but Gilles doesn't want any new bugs related to libexiv 0.10
and ask me to add a constraint into configure for libexv 0.12.
So If I build kipi-plugins with new libexiv i must rebuilt gwenview as well,
or i have to patch kipi-plugins, but that means to have old libexiv dependency
and the possibility to have new bugs with old lib (kipi-plugins of course).
