Usability issues after a few hours using (great!) Gwenview

Hi there !


I think i'll be using gwenview as the main tool for sorting my (lots of)
photos on a dual-screen setup ! It's behaving great ! (i can't wait for
an image preloading feature so i'll efficiently compare very similar
shots !)


Here are the few problems i encountered. Some of them are minor, some of
them look like bugs :


- When detaching the image pane of the main window (my idea was to make
the image pane "always on top" on one of my two screens), there should
be an option to remove the image-pane toolbar.

- It would be great if the External Actions were usable in the main
toolbar, or linkable with the sortcuts

- the hidden directories should be able to appear in the directory view

- when in thumbnail view, while browsing with the arrows among the
thumbnails, the left/right keys have that weird behaviour of going
back/forward in the directories

- sometimes the content of a directory doesn't properly refresh unless i
close and reopen gwenview. even going off and on (again) in that
directory doesn't do it.

- when having the image-pane detached from the main interface, if i
doubleclick by mistake on a thumbnail, thus making it fullscreen (or
using any other way of making it fullscreen), the image pane goes empty.
Annoyingly, when exiting fullscreen mode, the image doesn't come back in
the pane ! i have to put the pane back into the main interface, then
taking it out again.



I just realized i'm using Gwenview 1.4.0 so maybe some of those issues
are fixed already, although it doesn't seem so by reading the changelog.

I hope these comments can be useful anyway, and i'll go and try using
1.4.1  !
