Sorry for my late answer, yes libkipi and co are ported, not so are all the 
kipi-plugins though.
As soon as my kde 4 system will be working (i can't get it as i would like for
developing) soon i believe i will be happy to help here and going on with kipi
plugins porting of course.

Help is always welcome there of course ;)
