Gwenview is probably already available on Mac and Windows, since KDE4 
has been ported to these platforms. But you must be aware that Gwenview 
2.0 (the one included in KDE4) is quite different from Gwenview 1.4.

I never felt the need to set this up, but if you want to donate, I won't 
stop you! I just updated Gwenview SourceForge project to accept donation
