The good news is: it is shown correctly with Gwenview 2.0. I think the
JPEG meta info of this file is wrong: if I run jhead on it, I get this:

jhead ~/tmp/pardus_bug_5415_wrong_colors.jpeg
File name : /home/aurelien/tmp/pardus_bug_5415_wrong_colors.jpeg
File size : 82258 bytes
File date : 2008:03:24 19:21:43
Resolution : 200 x 293
Color/bw : Black and white
Comment : Fişek Enstitüsü Çalışan Çocuklar Vakfı, 5. Çalışan
Çocuklar Fotoğraf Yarışması. İzinsiz kullanılamaz.

As you can see, this file is marked as black and white.

I am not actively working on Gwenview 1.4, so I won't try to fix it
since it's working in the latest version, sorry.

Aurélien
