base kipi support

Hi, 
I've added a base kipi support to Gwenview2.
Why base? because i haven't found the time to put/fix all i wanted :)
Well Albums (i don't like that it's a digkam way of view) are not
managed yet, but those kipi-plugins which are released for kde4 should
work anyway. I recall kipi is into extragear/libs.

Please test it, and give a feed back.
