I would suggest asking in kde-i18n-doc, and then opening a bug report.


BTW,

The konversation issue ended up quite good. The fix is on SVN, the 
developers know me by now, and trust me enough to fix konversation the 
way I think it should behave for RTL users. A version will be released 
next week, with some luck it will even include an hebrew interface, I 
just need to work on it a little bit more.


I also met the KDE coordinator from arabeyes, very friendly guy (fresh 
meat, cool....).
