"migration tool"

Hi Folks:

I announce that I am not dead.  I have a bit of time and am translation kaboom,
Debian's "KDE 3->4 migration tool".  (If I don't find a new job, then soon I
will have plenty of time to devote to translation. :( ) So, I need to
translation "migration tool".  Any suggestions?  The best I could come with
were "כלי מעבר" or "כלי שידרוג", but neither was particularly convincing.
