When the Burn Dialog comes up, click the Misc tab, and select
multi-session preferences there.

There are caveats, though.  From the growisofs man pages:

The short version being;  Only burn multi-session to DVD±RW to ensure
readability across drives.

Select "New Data DVD Project" and drag the .iso to it, then burn in
the normal way.  This simply copies the .iso onto the disk.  Assuming,
of course, the .iso actually fits on the disk.  Do _not_ select "Burn
DVD ISO Image", as that will recreate the DVD from the .iso, rather
than copy it.
