[MS-DVD => Multi-Session DVD+R] 1. Not all drives are compatible with MS-DVDs, but any drive that can create one can read one, right? (Case-in-point: My Linux Laptop & Linux Desctop both have DVD writers and k3b, and can there fore both create MS-DVDs. Will they be able to read each other's MS-DVDs?) 2. I started an MS-DVD, added a single 562 Mb file, and burned. When I reopened the DVD to add more files, it showed 1.1 Gb used. What gives? 3. When adding to a MS-DVD, is it possible to add files to an existing directory structure? Or must each burn be to a seperate base-level folder? ( e.g. I burn "/expenses/home/2007.xml" and "/expenses/work/2007.xml". Can I later add "/expenses/home/2008.xml" and "/expenses/work/2008.xml"?) -- So many books, so little time... - Anon. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
