Have been using K3B successfully for quite some time but have tried something new which doesn't seem to work. Using openSuSE 10.2 and now installed DeVeDe to burn two different types of discs from some .avi files. 1. One .avi file is prepared via DeVeDe, then burned as a video CD which plays nicely in standalone DVD player. 2. Multiple .avi files are prepared as an .iso file via DeVeDe, and burned to an 8.5Gb DVD+R DL as a video DVD. The burner is a decent Sony burner, capable for Dual Layer. I use Verbatim discs. And am ensuring to select the correct disc size in K3B and to hopefully aid in making sure the disc burn was good, I set the speed down to 2.5x. The burning process seems to be completed perfectly, no errors and the disc ejects. At that point it will not mount. It is not readable in the burner, in a standalone DVD player or any other manner. Everything reports "no disc loaded". Any ideas what I can be doing wrong? JeepNut In a world without walls or fences, who needs Windows or Gates?
