Hello, Everytime I burn files (usually ISO images) with my daughter's old PC (Pentium III 500 MHz, 256 Mb RAM, Windows 98 SE o.s.) by k3b (by means of a live Knoppix based CD), the burn process ends all right, while if I do the same thing by Windows and a well known burning program, the burn process frequently fails. I think that this is due to the fact that k3b usually (with burn speed selected on "auto") writes at low speed (about 9x) clearly not taking into account the JustSpeed property of the CD Writer, while, with Windows and the famous writing program, very frequently 30 or 40x speed is chosen with several unsuccessful burning processes. I'll be grateful to you if you let my know if you share my point of view.
