The tarball that I got from the sourceforge archive (linked from the K3b
home page) has an earlier timestamp although the file length looks the same:

453123 2006-09-21 10:54 k3bmonkeyaudioplugin-3.1.tar.bz2

I am trying to compile it on an i686 system running Fedora 9.

gcc version 4.3.0 20080428 (Red Hat 4.3.0-8) (GCC)

./configure --prefix=/usr/local

As an aside, I don't see the plugin in either the Fedora KDE or the Ubuntu
repos. I wonder why.

Thanks.
