The first character in that filepath is a '-'.

Do you also need to escape the ' in "It's Happening Now"?

I'm not sure (I use KAudioCreator for this), but in my install of K3b,
there is a space between the - and the output filename. Perhaps try to
see if inserting a space fixes it.
