help Required instaling of Kiosk Admin Tool

Hello Sir,
   
  I installed Kiosk Admin Tool in my PC. Linux version 4.0 and kde version .3.3.1-3.2. when i execute the software following error occured.
   
  Could not found kiosk_data.xml. 
   
  Kindly help me to install and properly run the software.
