resource exclusivity

Hi,

I have two tasks sharing the same resource (a programmer). Kplato does not 
seem to care about the regular work time of this programmer and just puts 
them in parallel, making the programmer work overtime.

How do I tell kplato to respect the amount of resources, that is, to find a 
schedule where no one works overtime, sliding the tasks to the right if 
needed?
