kdetv in xinerama environments is not debugged. kdetv goes fullscreen by 
asking KWin (if available) for fullscreen display of this window. If another 
window manager is used, it goes fullscreen using Qt's showFullscreen 
function.

George, do you have a hint for fixing xinerama?
