chwizard improvements...

Hi.
kdetv is a really nice app - a big improvement over xawtv and tvtime :)

I have had a go at improving the channel wizard dialog...

Rather than send you the picture, I can commit the modified .ui file if you 
like what you see - this is because I have also made a few other small 
changes apart from the image.

If you also want a new app icon, I can also create one in the style of the tv 
in the image...
