New to the list

Hi,

My name is Pedro, I am from Brazil and I am a computer programmer, 
mostly using QT, C++ and Linux. I recently bought a Bt878 Video Capture 
and started to watch tv at my computer and my curiosity about tv capture 
raised.

I would help at any of the TODO list, but first I would like to 
implement the support for Brazilian PAL-M system. TvTime already 
supports it, and it would be a great "first step". I could also do the 
translation to Brazilian Portuguese. I would like some help to start: 
good documentation (about KdeTv, kdelibs and video capture at Linux), 
programming tips, and so on.
