Re: no audio with soundblaster 24bit

Hi,

ok, I think I wasn't too clear in my last mail... but since I don't want to
boot Windows every time I want to watch tv I'll try to be a bit clearer.
My soundcard is a SB Live! 24bit which is a 5.1 surround card.
Now, sound is fine with programs like amarok or kaffeine, it's only
kdetv that doesn't like me :(
In the audio options there is a sound card available but I can't select
a mixer element. This used to be line in but now KMix doesn't show
this option. I only have Analog Front, Rear, Side etc and SPDIF Front,
Rear etc. Changing these doesn't help either.
I tried changing kdetv-plugin-alsamixer and set the mixer element here
but that was just trial and error... I set the mixer element to the plugs
that exist in my .asoundrc.

Help anyone?
