panel: $KDEHOME/share/config/kickerrc
menu links: $KDEHOME/share/applnk

if you want to go back to the defaults, just delete/move those files (the
applnk one is a directory).

$KDEHOME is most often set to ~/.kde (the default if $KDEHOME isn't
explicitly
set)
