Liquid

Hello!
I downloaded the source for KDE 3.0.x and installed it without any
problems. ( ./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3  ; make make ; install )
I can even find it in the control center:
http://spiekey.dyndns.org/spiekey/Bildschirmphoto1.png

But where can i set it up so that it look like this:
http://www.mosfet.org/liquid1.png

Looks like liquid is installed, but not activated or something.
Has someone an idea??
