double-assigned shortcut keys in window menu

I just noticed this, maybe it is fixed in KDE 3.1?

On my system (Mandrake 9 & KDE 3.0) 'C' is used as a shortcut key for 
two separate items in the Window Ops menu. 'C' is used for both 
Configure... and also Close, as indicated by the underlining under the 
letter in the menu item. Configure... is first in the order, so that's 
what KDE does.

I'm accustomed to the windoze method using 'ALT-Space C' to quickly 
close a window. Either way, does the toolkit have the capacity to catch 
double assignments like that?
