konqueror javascript problem

Earthlink Webmail requires 128-bit encryption, cookies and javascript enabled.
with javascript not enabled globally but enabled for domain earthlink.net, webmail
fails to work properly (always sends first time setup web page).
If I enable javascript globally, then webmail works more or less properly.

This seems to me to be a bug in Konqeror's implentation of javascript.

Is it?
