Javascript Problems in Konqueror 3.0.5a

I'm Running KDE and Konqueror 3.0.5a

Javascripts do not seem to run when javascript
is enabled by site (eg nd.edu) but often do run
when Javascript is enabled globally. Is this a
bug or is there a trick to making javascripts run
on a per-site basis?
